We usually need about 2–5 business days to create and prepare your order, and then it's on its way:
- Standard Shipping: usually arrives within 5–20 business days;
- Express Shipping: typically 1–3 business days after fulfillment.
Most orders arrive sooner than expected, but please allow a little extra time during busy periods or for carrier delays – your cozy package will be worth the wait! ✨
Not just yet — for now, we ship to all countries within the European Union. But we're dreaming big! 💭 Expanding to more places is definitely on our list.
Once your order leaves our hands, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Click it anytime to see where your package is – your new favorite item is on its way! ✨

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Please handle items with care – just as you would in a physical shop – and make sure they're in their original condition with packaging and proof of purchase included. Before sending anything back, email us at team@flickandpuff.com to get the correct return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect – in that case, we'll take care of it. 🌿
If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos if possible. We'll make it right – either a replacement or full refund – including covering the cost of return shipping. ✨ This timeframe is just a guideline and does not affect your statutory rights under European Union law.
We'll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items or proof that they're on their way. The money will go back to the same payment method you used. 💌 Your bank might need a little extra time to show it in your account.
