At Flick & Puff, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent delivery experience for all orders within the European Union. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle fulfillment, shipping times, and tracking for your purchases.
1. Fulfillment & Production
Once your order is confirmed, it is automatically sent to our production partners. Each product is made individually, with care and attention.
Typical fulfillment time: 2–5 business days to create your product and prepare it for shipping.
Fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability and production volumes.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Shipping options within the European Union:

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided for your convenience. Actual delivery may vary due to:
- Production volume;
- Destination country;
- Carrier delays or other third-party handling;
- External factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, force majeure).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the quantity and type of products in your order and the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Click the tracking number to view the latest delivery updates through our carrier's tracking system.
5. Shipping Area
We currently ship to all countries within the European Union only. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to destinations outside the European Union at this time.
6. Responsibility & Risk
Flick & Puff remains responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address you provided. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery. While delays or issues caused by carriers, production partners, or other third parties may occur, we do our best to ensure your order reaches you safely.
We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, Flick & Puff cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to courier or logistics issues, force majeure events or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at team@flickandpuff.com as soon as possible.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We recommend contacting us within 7 days of delivery and providing a brief description of the issue, ideally with photographs, to help us handle your request quickly.
For lost or undelivered orders: Please reach out promptly after the expected delivery date.
This suggested timeframe does not affect your statutory rights under European Union law, which allow you to claim faulty, damaged, or non-conforming goods, or seek remedies for non-delivery, within 2 years from the date your order was expected to be delivered.
We will assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy, helping arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
8. Updates to This Shipping Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in shipping providers, regions served, or applicable regulations.
Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
